This role is part of our Brand and Advertising team based in Amsterdam. JOB PURPOSE

As a Post Producer, you will play a crucial role in the execution and implementation of various TV/Digital Campaigns during the post-production process. You will be the key point of contact and the driving force behind the production process, with a special passion for post-production. Working closely with our agency producers and creative team of editors, animators, and other stakeholders, you will ensure that campaigns are successfully realized.We are seeking a highly organized, inventive, and creative individual who can oversee the entire post-production process. Your extensive knowledge of post-production will enable you to find innovative solutions to bring creative ideas to life while maximizing the budget. Effective communication, strong negotiation skills, and a resilient attitude are essential qualities for success in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scoping and scheduling the post production of advertising campaigns for, primarily but not exclusively, Radio, TV, Online Video, Social Media and DOOH.
  • Working and negotiating with a vast network of vendors, setting clear expectations and timelines.
  • Keeping track of schedules and costs, ensuring timely delivery within the scoped budget.
  • Safeguarding outstanding quality both creatively and technically.
  • Being a guide to the sometimes complicated world of post production. Giving creative and practical advice, offering solutions and clearly communicating limitations.
  • Comfortable in managing long, detailed deliverables lists and actually enjoys ticking off every box with laser sharp attention to detail 
  • Client facing, which means you have strong verbal and written communication skills. You know when to apply the correct tone of voice carrying the interest of our business at heart.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Extensive experience as a Post Producer / Producer
  • You have a true love for post-production;
  • Experience with production is a plus;
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and quantify, pitch, and quote all aspects of post
  • Strong understanding of digital workflows, including VFX, editing, VO recording, Sound Design, Motion Design, and grading
  • Ability to balance organizational interests and customer interests effectively
  • Highly organized, coordinated, and a team player
  • Independent worker who enjoys providing input on concepts and project approaches during internal brainstorming sessions
  • Knowledgeable about producing for various social media platforms and has an extensive network of contacts, including production houses and young filmmakers. 
  • Working proficiency of English and Dutch
  • Being directly available to start working in the Netherlands
