This role is part of our Holding team based in Hamburg, London, Amsterdam and Rotterdam. JOB PURPOSE

As part of the sales operations team in EMEA, you will be responsible for proactively driving new business by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, expanding the agency's regional reach by using a range of inbound and outbound sales tactics. You will play a critical role in the sourcing of new business leads. You will do this by executing targeted and thoughtful outreach campaigns and nurture valuable connections, generating coffee dates for the sales teams and supporting sales growth initiatives. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, manage and execute outreach campaigns in Linkedin and Outreach.io to agreed target lists, constantly monitoring engagement and adjusting accordingly to grow our DEPT®fluencers networks with relevant connections
  • Support ongoing outreach hustles as well as partner and conference/event hustles for UKI / EMEA by building target lists, drafting outreach copy, coordinating meetings, generating registrations & coffee dates in close collaboration with the marketing team & the growth marketing team
  • Develop, manage and support with a proper follow up strategies and workflows
  • Contribute to the creation of campaign themes and outreach ideas with the marketing team & the growth marketing team, and execute engagement strategies for UKI to help nurture prospects into tangible connections that will be handed to the sales team (incl ABM)
  • Attend relevant UKI industry events, support with lead/coffee date preparation & organisation, and represent DEPT®
  • Manage the qualification of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) against specified criteria and coordinate outreach with key executives at DEPT® to ensure the best results.
  • Support with the administration and clean-up of our CRM system (Salesforce). By checking dashboards and holding other lead owners accountable you’re making sure the data of our internal information database is up to date at all times. 

KPIs

  • Growth of DEPTfluencer profiles relevant new connections
  • Generate registrations for owned events / generate scheduled meetings for external events with relevant new prospects
  • Nurturing existing DEPTfluencer networks/connections & building conversations
  • Generating & preparing coffee dates 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Are internationally oriented and master the English language in speaking and writing;
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • Are commercially driven, 
  • Have good time management skills and the ability to stay flexible in a fast paced environment; you can quickly switch between topics and campaigns,
  • Are very well organised and structured and able to effectively communicate the status and developments of your work;
  • Are the example of proactivity and result-orientation and you always apply a confident, can-do attitude;
  • Are a great listener and able to identify both a client's needs and that of your colleagues;
  • Can demonstrate being a trusted first point of contact for new business leads to conduct a thorough qualification process, providing a detailed handover to the sales team;
  • Are interested in getting to know a full range of communication techniques, including goal oriented calling, emailing, LinkedIn etc. to build engagement and achieve results;
  • Although full training will be given, experience with CRMs like Salesforce (or similar sales database), LinkedIn Salesnavigator and outbound tools like Apollo / Outreach.io would be beneficial;
  • Are eager to learn and always open to new developments.
