WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an Operations Analyst at DEPT®, you will work with client finance, project management, IT, resource management, and other Operations team members across the globe to steward operational and financial workflows. Working closely with the team, you will create and analyze reports, manage data quality, aggregate data from various systems and generate insights on key business metrics. You will serve as a systems master within our local and global systems - creating an environment that supports accurate and audit-proof data as well as timely access to trend reporting. You will be dealing with multiple personality types, and need to be able to adapt based on the person you are working and communicating with.
You will support the strategic goals of the company by focusing on the success of these activities and assist with meeting the short and long-term objectives of the organization.
YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Learning various systems used across the organization and the supporting business workflows associated with those systems
- Facilitating onboarding of employee personnel to client specific portals, including requesting and reviewing candidate sensitive information
- Cross functional communication and organization in support of operationally owned or supported business processes
- Aggregating data regarding key business metrics such as project health, revenue and cost of sales
- Generating and enhancing data reporting on a regular weekly or monthly basis in support of operational processes and workflows
- Ensuring time tracking compliance across the Experience & Engineering markets - monitoring compliance, developing workflows to limit offenders, and meeting global time tracking targets
- Monitoring fluctuations in utilization, identifying trends of high or low utilization to help with strategic hiring, and flagging concerns
- Reviewing PowerBi Data against informing system data and advising on data quality or data management issues
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management or operations role in a creative agency environment
- Fluent English, ideally with experience working with stakeholders abroad
- Collaborate well with others and have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and self-manage multiple activities and projects occurring simultaneously
- Attention to detail, passion and pride in craft
- Flex approach to meet the changing needs of teams and clients
- Experience in basic data analysis and data management
- In-depth knowledge of the Google Suite, with a specific focus on Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets formulas, filters, queries and graphics.
- Discretion and understanding of how to navigate sensitive situations, escalations and confidential information
TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:
- You will have to communicate with your team members abroad; therefore, fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role
- This opening requires you to be open to work approximately 2 times a week from one of our offices located in Villa Crespo.
