One of our premier clients in finance is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the team working on enhancing the stability and performance of one of their most important solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the product strategy and vision, aligning it with business goals and customer needs
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Utilize Agile methodologies to drive efficient and effective product development processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define and prioritize product requirements
- Utilize user-centered design principles to create intuitive and delightful user experiences
- Drive revenue growth through product enhancements and new feature development
- Conduct customer segmentation and develop targeted product strategies for different customer segments
- Engage with stakeholders, including executives and key customers, to gather feedback and ensure alignment
- Drive business development efforts, including partnerships and integrations, to expand product offerings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and apply relevant insights to product strategy
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements
- Strong market research and analysis skills
- Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and user experience best practices
- Familiarity with revenue growth strategies and metrics - Knowledge of customer segmentation techniques and targeted product strategies
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Understanding of B2B/B2C SaaS business models and product considerations
- Familiarity with business development strategies and partnership opportunities
- Basic understanding of programming languages to effectively communicate with engineering team
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $75 - $85. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
