Sr. Account Manager, Retail Search

THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Senior Retail Paid Search Manager to join our team and lead strategic initiatives for an enterprise retail account, focusing on execution within retail media networks like Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy & Target. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid search strategies that drive performance and growth across various retail media platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and deliver impactful results.You will deliver reporting, insights and projects in a timely manner and within budget plans supporting the team with flawless execution.
Please note this is a remote position but we are only considering candidates based in PST time zones.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns across retail media networks to drive performance and growth for an enterprise retail account.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, creative, and account management, to ensure cohesive and integrated media plans that align with client objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with client goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of paid search campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid search and retail media networks to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction with media strategies and outcomes.
- Develop and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and opportunities for growth.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in paid search advertising.
- Deep understanding of retail media networks and platforms, such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Best Buy Ads, Target Roundel etc.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid search campaigns for enterprise-level accounts.
- Proficiency in paid search tools and technologies, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic paid search plans that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Proficiency in Japanese will be a plus for this role.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
