JOB PURPOSE
As a People Administrator, you will create a smooth employee journey experience. You will be responsible for fulfilling processes to make them as easy and pleasant as possible for all stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact for cross-site administrative tasks and actively support the teams.

Note: Visa or relocation costs are not supported. This position is a full-time position. It is located in Croatia and requires Croatian citizenship. Croatian-speaking applicants who reside in Croatia with a valid work permit are also eligible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including communication of next steps, contract preparation, and scheduling of introduction meetings, while ensuring a smooth experience for all stakeholders;
- Manage administrative tasks such as contract amendments, certificate issuance, and other employment-related documentation in collaboration with internal departments;
- Prepare accurate data for monthly payroll cycles, continuously working on improving related workflows;
- Generate and analyze reports from internal HR tools to support decision-making and process optimization;
- Act as a point of contact for onboarding-related queries, providing timely support to new employees and freelancers;
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, and coordinate with key stakeholders to align on updates or changes.
