Associate, Paid Media
WHY DEPT®?
We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, we create what is next by pioneering ideas, acting fast, and moving further because standing still just is not in our DNA.
We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter.
At DEPT®, you will find the freedom to explore, the space to collaborate, and the trust to make a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for the world we are helping to build.
THE ROLE:
As an Associate on our Paid Media team, you will learn the "art and science" of performance marketing from the ground up. This entry-level role is designed for a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who is eager to master the technical platforms that power the world’s digital economy. You will support our Managers in executing, monitoring, and reporting on high-impact campaigns across Search (Google, Microsoft) and Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) channels. If you’re ready to move from a consumer of social media to a professional architect of digital growth, this is where you start.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Platform Execution: Support the technical setup and launch of paid media campaigns, ensuring all targeting parameters, tracking URLs, and ad formats are correctly implemented.
- Budget Pacing: Conduct daily checks on campaign spend to ensure client budgets are being utilized effectively and pacing evenly across the month.
- Keyword & Audience Research: Assist in identifying high-value keywords for search campaigns and building granular audience segments for social platforms.
- Creative Support: Help coordinate the delivery of creative assets, ensuring ad copy and visuals are aligned with client brand guidelines and platform best practices.
- Performance Reporting: Pull raw data from platform UIs and assist in building weekly performance reports that track progress against client KPIs like ROAS and CPA.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Maintain a high level of accuracy by double-checking all settings, links, and placements before ads go live.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- A foundational understanding of the digital media landscape and a keen interest in how algorithms drive consumer behavior.
- Data Fluency: You are comfortable working in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and have an analytical mindset to find patterns in numbers.
- Extreme Attention to Detail: You are the person who catches the typo or the broken link that everyone else missed.
- Strong Communication: The ability to share updates clearly with internal teams and eventually present data-driven insights to clients.
- Proactive Mindset: You don't just wait for instructions; you look for ways to help the team and improve campaign efficiency.
- A "get sh*t done" attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:
- You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
- We enjoy spending time together, working closely with other local colleagues, and getting to know one another. Our Buenos Aires offices (Villa Crespo or Mar del Plata) are fully equipped with refreshments and great common spaces!
- Premium healthcare through OSDE for the employee and their immediate family members
