JOB PURPOSE

We’re looking for a Project Manager in our Budapest office who is confident working across digital production, media campaigns, or creative delivery — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional agency environment and enjoys bringing complex projects to life from brief to launch.

This is a flexible role depending on your strengths and interests:
Digital Project Manager / Media Project Lead / Creative Project Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital, media, or creative projects (brief → planning → execution → delivery)
• Coordinate SEO/SEA, social, programmatic campaigns or digital/creative production workflows
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects
• Align cross-functional teams (creative, media, tech, account management)
• Identify risks, manage priorities, and drive resolution in a fast-moving environment
• Continuously improve delivery processes and ensure high-quality output

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in digital, media, creative, or agency project management
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Structured mindset with the ability to manage scope, timelines, and budgets
• Comfortable working in fast-paced or agency environments
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken
