Oculoplastic Opportunity in Phoenix Metro

EyeCare Partners' partner practices in Arizona, (Desert Vista Eye Specialists, Nationwide Vision, and Arizona Eye Institute), are looking to build a relationship with a new oculoplastic surgeon! These partner practices offer full scope ophthalmology care with patients and offices throughout the Phoenix Metro area. Each practice has had significant growth within the last few years, particularly Desert Vista. Desert Vista has expanded adding its 3rd and 4th location in the past 14 months and will continue to expand through 2027. In 2026, they will open their 5th location and followed quickly by their first multi-OR ASC. This state-of-the-art facility will have partnership track available to all operating physicians!

With such growth, an established oculoplastic following, and great relationships internally and externally, any oculoplastic surgeon will be able to thrive!

Compensation Package

• Guaranteed Base Salary, 2 Years + Production Model
• 20 Days PTO
