About the role

We're looking for a Client Manager who's passionate about brands and how they grow creatively. You'll need excellent project management and client relationship building skills, along with a sharp eye for detail. Being able to clearly explain complex ideas is essential. Being proactive, dedicated, and organised is key, along with a willingness to go the extra mile. If you're flexible, resourceful, and open to new ideas, you'll fit right in.

About you

As our Client Manager, you'll be vital to keeping clients happy and helping us grow. You'll do this by expertly managing projects from start to finish, building strong relationships with clients, and understanding their needs inside and out. You'll also play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently, collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality work while staying on budget. Reporting to the Client Director or Client Business Director on client-specific matters and the Client Services Director on everything else, you'll handle client relationships, project management (both client-facing and internal), and keep an eye on the finances. Fluent in Dutch is a must.
