Project Accountant

In this role, you will:    

• Supports project financial records maintenance and ensures that project financial transactions are properly recorded.
• Ensures the accuracy of project entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger.
• Supports projects with overall accounting and financial activities to measure and monitor project financial performance.
• Assists lead in maintaining Concur, by ensuring that reports are processed and projects are added.
• Helps lead month close procedures.
• Review and approve supplier invoices related to a project.
• Audit project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
• Prepares complex project balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other project financial reports with financial data.

• You have at least 5 years of relevant Accounting or Finance experience.
• You are an Excel wizard.
• You possess and display integrity beyond reproach.
• Material Handling Industry experience preferred.
