Talent Acquisition Partner

Franklin, TN/Hyrbrid

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful Talent Acquisition Partner to help us deliver an exceptional hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract, evaluate, and hire top talent as our DCS team grows.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand role needs, align the interview process, and guide searches from kickoff to offer. You’ll coordinate recruiting activities—posting jobs, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication—and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also be a trusted advisor, helping hiring teams make informed, timely decisions.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting people and processes, and are always two steps ahead, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do

Partner & Plan

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, key competencies, and interview plans.
  • Lead kickoff meetings and prep sessions to align and equip interview teams.
  • Facilitate debriefs to evaluate candidate strengths, gaps, and overall fit.
  • Provide real-time process guidance and decision support to hiring teams.

 Coordinate & Execute

  • Schedule interviews across teams and time zones, ensuring a seamless candidate and interviewer experience
  • Maintain accurate job postings across internal and external platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Manage the offer process - including offer letter preparation, approval tracking, and communication
  • Monitor candidate pipelines in the ATS and proactively flag delays or gaps
  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidate communication and status updates
  • Create and maintain Teams communication channels to ensure timely updates and clarity to hiring managers and interview teams

Improve & Support

  • Maintain recruiting documentation, templates, and process guides
  • Identify opportunities to streamline tools, systems, and workflows
  • Support metrics tracking and reporting on key talent acquisition KPIs
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and ad hoc projects
  • Promote a consistent and people-first candidate experience at every stage

What You Bring

  • Experience in talent acquisition, HR, or process coordination (typically 5+ years, but we value skills over years).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience with tools like Greenhouse, Paylocity, or similar ATS/HRIS platforms
  • A collaborative, service-minded approach—you’re a team player who builds trust across functions

This job description is not exhaustive. Other duties may be assigned as needed, and responsibilities may evolve to support the business and employee experience.
