The Business Analyst will conduct reporting, data analysis, and insights from a variety of sources. This person will not only report on the data but also influence how and what is reported. They understand processes and data collection and are always looking for ways to improve them. The Business Analyst drives data governance and quality control for all aspects of measurement and reporting.

The ideal candidate is both collaborative and assertive, has strong communication skills, patience, logical thinking, and strong attention to details. This person is a great problem-solving and tactful critic, understanding how to improve the program and identify weak points without demotivating or confusing teammates.  

Would you like to...

  • Facilitate data driven decisions for an enterprise organization
  • Work with internal and external teams to understand data sources and goals, including platforms, goals and KPIs for reporting.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their business goals, evaluate processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Review and analyze data from multiple sources to provide meaningful insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain systems, processes, and tools to enable efficient execution and measurement.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to build processes and data governance to support analytics and marketing efforts.
  • Provide thought leadership to internal and external partners regarding analytics, data visualization and data governance.

We would like you to have...

  • 5+ years working in a marketing operations or analytics role.
  • Experience with measuring and analyzing omni-platform marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in working with retail sales and/or partner programs
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of data analytics principles and visualization best practices
  • Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering and wireframing reports
  • Demonstrated experience with defining and reporting KPIs and distilling insights to facilitate continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across all audience levels
  • Data Visualization experience (Looker Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Experience working with large data sets and relational databases (CDP, CRM, etc.)
  • Proficiency in programming languages used for analytics (Python, R, SQL)
  • Willingness to visit client site for meetings 1-2 times per month

Compensation: $100,000 - $105,000

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
