About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Rebar Estimator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting the Rebar Manager by delivering accurate rebar estimates, producing detailed placement drawings, and managing customer interactions. The ideal candidate will also be knowledgeable about concrete accessories and capable of quoting and providing related product support.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate accurate and detailed rebar estimates for various construction projects.

• Create placement drawings for fabricated rebar to support job execution and production planning.

• Provide comprehensive quotes for fabricated rebar and concrete supplies.

• Monitor and evaluate market trends to identify competitive pricing strategies.

• Communicate effectively with production staff to coordinate the fabrication schedule.

• Manage projects of various sizes and complexities, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Promote and adhere to safety policies in all working environments.

• Act as a point of contact for customers regarding product information and pricing for concrete accessories.

• Process concrete supply orders with efficiency and accuracy.

• Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• College degree preferred but not required.

• Prior experience with AutoCAD is strongly preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
