Partner Solutions Engineer

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

DevRev

DevRev’s AgentOS, purpose-built for SaaS companies, comprises three modern CRM apps for support, product, and growth teams. It connects end users, sellers, support, product people, and developers, reducing 9 business apps and converging 6 teams onto a common platform.

Unlike horizontal CRMs, DevRev takes a blank canvas approach to collaboration, AI, and analytics, enabling SaaS companies to increase product velocity and reduce customer churn. DevRev is used by thousands of companies in search of low latency analytics and customizable LLMs to thrive in this era of GenAI.

Headquartered in Palo Alto, California, DevRev has offices in seven global locations. We have raised $100 million in funding from investors like Khosla Ventures and Mayfield at a $1.1 billion valuation. We are also honored to be named on the Forbes 2024 list of America’s Best Startup Employers. Founded in October 2020 by Dheeraj Pandey, former co-founder and CEO of Nutanix, and Manoj Agarwal, former SVP of Engineering at Nutanix, DevRev continues to push the boundaries of innovation, helping thousands of companies thrive in the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-driven SaaS.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Partner Solutions Engineer who will be instrumental in enabling and scaling our channel partners across regions in India & Southeast Asia. You will play a dual role—educator and technical advisor—to ensure our partners are well-equipped to sell, position, and support DevRev’s AI platform.

You will collaborate with partner AEs, SEs, and sales leaders to deeply embed DevRev into their go-to-market strategies, conduct hands-on enablement, and act as a strategic feedback conduit back into our Sales, Product, Engineering, and CS teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enablement & Training:
Conduct regular technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs for partner SEs, AEs, and Solution Architects.

  • Partner GTM Support:
Assist partners in pre-sales activities including discovery, demo support, architecture reviews, and early-stage evaluations.

  • Capability Evangelism:
Deliver compelling presentations, live demos, and product updates to partner organizations—ensuring they stay ahead of DevRev’s product roadmap.

  • Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner teams, traveling to key partner locations to foster deep engagement and collaboration.

  • Feedback Loop:
Capture partner feedback on platform gaps, friction points, and enablement needs—channeling insights back to internal Product and CS teams.

  • Partner Performance Support:
Analyze partner deal flows, support co-selling where needed, and identify areas for boosting partner conversion and technical confidence.

  • Asset Creation:
Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop partner-facing sales playbooks, technical cheat sheets, demo kits, and training content.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, and partner enablement roles in SaaS, ideally in AI, DevOps, or CRM platforms.
  • Proven experience working with channel partners and/or system integrators.
  • Ability to simplify complex technologies into crisp value propositions.
  • Excellent presentation, training, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel for in-person workshops and relationship development.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fast-growing startups or AI-native SaaS platforms
  • Knowledge of CRM, DevOps, or ITSM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and APIs
  • Exposure to partner tiering models, incentive structures, and channel GTM motions

Culture

The foundation of DevRev is its culture -- our commitment to those who are hungry, humble, honest, and who act with heart. Our vision is to help build the earth’s most customer-centric companies. Our mission is to leverage design, data engineering, and machine intelligence to empower engineers to embrace their customers.

That is DevRev!

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
