About the Role
As DevRev continues to scale across EMEA, we’re seeking a sharp, metrics-minded/ relationship-driven recruiter to help us hire exceptional talent across go-to-market, technical, and operational roles. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and interview teams, owning the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through close, while continuously refining pipeline health, time-to-fill, and funnel conversion metrics. You'll champion a high-bar, high-touch candidate experience and act as a steward of DevRev’s mission, values, and brand in every interaction.

You will:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for EMEA roles, with a focus on GTM (Sales, Success, Marketing) and Product, Design and Engineering
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, requirements, and interview processes
  • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines (outreach, inbound, referrals)
  • Run structured, values-aligned interviews and feedback loops
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience from intro call to offer
  • Track, report, and improve hiring metrics using Greenhouse

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in EMEA (in-house or agency)
  • Experience hiring for a mix of business and technical roles
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • A passion for candidate experience and employer brand
  • Bonus: experience working in a high-growth startup or scale-up
