We are seeking a passionate, fearless self-starter to join us as an Associate/Consultant. You will play a hybrid of a creative and strategic thinker who can formulate innovative approaches for clients in this role. You will be responsible for supporting the agency’s client businesses and will serve as the creative counsel for clients. You will seamlessly integrate with the digital and creative teams to evolve the traditional strategic planning practices into the creative, brand-building digital world. 

You will also be a part of the agency’s growth strategy – including new business pitching and agency product development and offerings.

Responsibilities 

  • Support the development of innovative digital communications strategies and plans for clients 
  • Cultural Decoding of consumer behaviour 
  • Identification of relevant media/influencer platforms 
  • Crafting of compelling narratives 
  • Creation of impactful activations 
  • Demonstrate understanding of the digital landscape including social media platforms and apply knowledge to idea creation 
  • Nurture relationships with digital media and influencers and keep a look for new forms of influence. 
  • Actively pitch to appropriate media and influencers about client news to amplify client narratives 
  • Monitor and analyze traditional and digital outlets for coverage of client news, competitor, and industry developments 
  • Able to independently implement small-scale campaigns and conduct influencer outreach for relevant campaigns 

 If you can do that, you have what it takes. It might help if you have: 

  • At least 1-3 years related professional Marketing/PR experience (preferably in the agency environment) 
  • Proficient in earned and paid digital media space 
  • Effective communication, presentation, and project management skills 
  • Knowledge and interest in the Consumer sector are a plus 
  • Detail-minded, independent, and a good team player 
  • Fluency in other Southeast Asian languages (e.g. Thai, Bahasa, Vietnamese) is a plus
