
Senior Account Supervisor, Beauty
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Account Supervisor to support client communications, manage integrated account work, and help drive earned media, influencer, and social programs. This role requires strong strategic thinking, excellent client service skills, and the ability to guide teams in delivering high‑quality, integrated work.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program Management & Client Counsel
- Manage day‑to‑day execution of strategic programs, ensuring high‑quality client service and consistent delivery of results.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing thoughtful counsel (written and verbal) and adapting communication styles for different audiences.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client business priorities and help shape programs that support their objectives.
- Build and nurture client relationships, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and support organic growth.
Integrated Campaign Execution
- Oversee coordination of account work across earned media, influencer relations, social media, and traditional media channels.
- Contribute to the development of social and integrated brand strategies aligned with broader marketing goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, agency partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of multi‑channel campaigns.
- Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance program performance and bring forward new ideas.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Support the development of KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize data into clear, actionable reports for clients and internal teams.
- Use insights to recommend optimizations and refine strategies to improve outcomes.
Team Leadership & Development
- Provide guidance and direction to junior team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high‑quality work.
- Offer coaching and feedback to support skill development and career growth.
- Manage team workflows, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support oversight of account financials, including tracking billability and contributing to client profitability.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field.
- Experience working on or helping coordinate multi‑disciplinary account teams.
- Strong background supporting or managing integrated campaigns, including product launches.
- Ability to help develop integrated ideas and contribute to strategic planning.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and support account growth.
- Proven collaborator and trusted partner to clients and internal teams.
- Experience mentoring junior staff and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Solid business acumen and understanding of how to support account growth and operational excellence.
Salary: $90,000-$120,000
DeVries has included the base salary or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; market considerations; budgetary considerations; as well as a candidate’s background, relevant experience, and qualifications.
