We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Software/Cloud Engineer to design, build, and maintain high-quality solutions that solve complex technical and business challenges. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, write and test code, manage integrations, and proactively address risks. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working in Agile teams, and is eager to learn and grow in a hybrid environment. What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborates with customers and partners to understand their business needs and the scenarios they aim to address. May lead or actively participate in meetings to gather and refine requirements, leveraging business, technical, and industry knowledge to define constraints and objectives. Engages relevant stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer goals.
- Supports project planning by identifying risks, dependencies, and contributing to key documentation. Clearly communicates the business value of proposed solutions, with guidance as needed, and implements strategies to mitigate technical and business risks. Manages personal workload effectively and maintains regular communication with project leads.
- Proactively identifies and addresses issues or risks, engaging with internal and external stakeholders—including project managers—to ensure timely resolution. Writes and maintains integration and unit tests to ensure feature reliability and performance.
- Applies product expertise to collaborate with stakeholders, driving project and release planning within the team. Takes ownership of writing, testing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable code. Resolves complex system integration challenges, often working across team boundaries to deliver cohesive solutions.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years of technical engineering OR 12 years of experience (experience in lieu of degree), in technical engineering
- Must demonstrate exceptional communication, both written and verbal
- An active or ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance is required
- Ability to be on-site at the client location on occasion
Familiar with Cloud/Data technologies, including but not limited to:
- ASP.NET MVC
- .NET Core
- Experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Azure SQL Server

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in SQL

- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL pipelines

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for database deployments

"Our estimated salary range for this position is $145,000 - $190,000. This presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
