Marketing Campaign Manager - Caffeine.ai
In this role you will lead Marketing campaigns for Caffeine.ai, the Self-Writing Internet (SWI) platform that enables anyone to build their websites and apps without requiring any technical knowledge. With your penchant for user-centric marketing strategy, mastery of segmented communications (leveraging each channel’s strengths), and creative flair for impactful visuals and messaging, you’ll help launch Caffeine, a new tech brand, boosting awareness, share of voice, reach, and engagement through cross-departmental collaboration. Working across multiple work streams and projects, you will be championing a user-first and data-driven mindset. Your integrated marketing strategies will be targeting mainstream B2C, developers, AI enthusiasts, and enterprise, globally.
You will report to the Head of Marketing Strategy & Performance and will work closely with the Caffeine Product team, Branding & Design, Institutional Affairs, Adoption, R&D, Business Strategy and Growth teams to define marketing and go-to-market strategies and implement performance marketing techniques.
While this position is based out of our San Francisco office, you may occasionally travel to our Zurich HQ and key global events throughout the year.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning and coordination of integrated marketing campaigns and programs for Caffeine, ensuring branding and messaging consistency across all channels, in close collaboration with the Caffeine Product, Branding & Design and Institutional Affairs teams
- Act as a project manager for Caffeine campaigns to ensure the delivery of high quality and high performing initiatives, that support the ecosystem’s growth
- Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing team to help improve Caffeine messaging, thought leadership, and content creation according to our target audiences through a data-driven approach
- Create consistent performance marketing programs for Caffeine, including SEO, SEA, Paid Social, etc.
- Manage the Marketing agency to ensure their delivery is optimal
- Initiate and implement special projects for the marketing team
- Provide regular reports and insights to the wider Marketing team and Leadership
Skills and attributes:
- 5+ years of experience in leading Marketing campaigns for relevant brands
- 3+ years of marketing experience with web products, preferably consumer facing
- Solid experience managing external suppliers, especially creative agencies
- Experience with data-driven marketing campaigns
- Exceptional copywriting skills and spoken/written english
- Hands-on, proactive and diligent
- Keen interest in AI (professional experience in the space a plus!) and Blockchain
- Process-driven, detail-oriented, service-focused and pragmatic
- You thrive working in a fast-paced, distributed environment with multiple stakeholders, keeping open lines of communication to collaborate with other teams and partners
* Please note that this role requires in-office work from our San Francisco office 3+ days per week.
Base Salary Range: $115,000 - $160,000/yr
This position can be considered across multiple levels. Total compensation at DFINITY consists of base salary + generous bonus and is determined based on multiple factors including job leveling, areas of expertise, educational background, geographic location and overall experience.
