Finance Operations Associate, Dalio Family Office Singapore

The Dalio Family Office (DFO) supports Barbara and Ray Dalio and their family in their ventures, investments, and philanthropic efforts under Dalio Philanthropies, which includes OceanX, Dalio Education, Endless Network, and the Beijing Dalio Foundation. Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Operations Associate to support the efficient execution of daily finance functions. This role will be instrumental in managing accounts, assisting with budgeting processes, coordinating procurement activities, and maintaining oversight of key financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and analytical skills, along with a collaborative mindset to work effectively across departments and with external partners.

Role Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Review invoices prepared by external partners for accuracy and completeness.
- Record and track vendor invoices, ensuring timely submission for approval.
- Record and track intercompany receivable and payable.
- Monitor the invoice authorization process and banking payment flows.
- Support staff claims review, processing and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Review Actual vs. Budget (AvB) reports provided by the FP&A team.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing expense trends.
Credit Card Management
- Manage requests for new credit cards and coordinate with the issuing bank.
- Oversee monthly credit card usage and ensure timely payments.
- Conduct periodic reviews of card usage, holder eligibility, and spend limits.
- Manage the termination process for credit cards as needed.
- Support credit card expense submission and processing
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Coordinate the contracting process, ensuring proper review and approval before execution.
- Manage onboarding of new vendors and maintain vendor records.
- Collaborate with the Security team to audit the vendor list and assess third-party due diligence requirements.
Banking & Compliance
- Support Know-Your-Client (KYC) documentation requests in collaboration with the Legal team.
Finance Process Management
- Assist in building and documenting new finance processes in partnership with the COO’s office.
- Monitor and refresh existing finance processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Additional duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will possess the following professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in finance operations, accounts payable/receivable, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with vendor management and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with credit card administration and banking operations.
- Exposure to compliance and audit processes, including KYC and third-party due diligence.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset), and an excellent benefits package, including a comprehensive employer paid medical plan and CPF.
