About the team:

As part of our Sourcing Services and Contract Talent Solutions team, you will be a front-facing resource to help grow these revenue-generating business ventures within DHI Group.

About the role:

As Director of Technology Recruiting/Contract Talent Solutions, you will lead and inspire a growing team of tech recruiters to drive recruiting excellence, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to the growth and success of our Sales team. The DHI tech staffing team facilitates RPO, staffing and contract hiring solutions. This is a leadership position that combines strategic oversight, hands-on recruitment expertise, and team development to meet and exceed business goals. As a part of a collaborative and learning culture, you will be required to come into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and the last Thursday of each month. You will have the opportunity to grow what is effectively a start-up within a larger, highly profitable company. We intend to grow this division as fast as you are capable of doing so.

This role directly impacts revenue for yourself, the team, and for DHI. The goal is for you to be part of double-digit revenue growth for our current fiscal year and beyond.

Once hired, you will start by:

  • Completing our comprehensive onboarding/training program so you have the knowledge of our two brand's products, services, and value propositions and the tools and support needed to close your deals
  • Participate in regular bi-weekly Sales Enablement training sessions (you’ll also find a massive library of content, insights, and techniques needed to accelerate your performance)
  • Familiarize yourself with competitive intelligence and learn how to overcome objections from our clients with targeted talk tracks
  • Connecting with your team and your key EOR partners, MyBasePay and Equillium.

As you progress in this role, your key accountabilities will be:

  • Developing and executing on the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth objectives.
  • Building out a framework of processes and procedures for recruiting and contract hiring services ensuring a streamlined, efficient, and consistent approach.Lead, mentor, and manage both leaders and individual recruiters.
  • Build and lead a high-performing recruiting organization consisting of multiple recruiting practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage both leaders and individual recruiters.
  • Actively participate in hands-on recruiting for high-priority and specialized roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through innovative sourcing and recruitment channels.
  • Work collaboratively across sales, finance, operations and marketing to ensure organizational success.
  • Optimize and create recruiting processes to improve efficiency, quality of hires, and candidate experience.
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics to assess performance and inform process improvements.
  • Create and lead training sessions for the recruiting team, developing training materials and best practices.
  • Partner with sales to assist with new client acquisition and requirements qualification for existing clients.
  • Evaluate new software tools and platforms while staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Utilize business acumen to effectively manage vendor partners.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to assess talent needs and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance within the recruiting team.

What you bring to the team:

Required:

  • Tenured experience in the technical recruiting industry, with hands-on leadership experience
  • Proven success in managing recruiting teams while personally handling high-impact, hands-on recruiting.
  • Expertise in developing and optimizing recruiting processes and creating training materials
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting technologies, Applicant Tracking Systems, and sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
  • A track record of driving successful recruitment strategies for diverse roles in fast-growing companies.
  • Expertise in delivering of management-level forecasts and activity reporting, at both the client and recruiter level

Preferred:

  • Strong working knowledge of Bullhorn ATS.
  • Experience recruiting for positions requiring government security clearances, such as Public Trust, Confidential, Secret, Top Secret, and TS/SCI.

Denver pay range: Base salary/pay plus commissions at 100% of plan targets. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.

$200,000 - $260,000 USD
