We’re looking for a Delivery Manager who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Delivery & Operations team. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.

Joining our team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people to lead the Delivery Enablement team within our product & platform transformation. You will work to ensure the team’s success in delivery, primarily by helping to identify and especially remove impediments and manage dependencies impacting the team’s ability to deliver.

A Delivery Manager supports multiple cross-functional product teams (squads), and serves as the Scrum Master for each of those product teams.

 

What you’ll be working on:

A personalised, customisable UI Platform that enables rapid product development by the composition of an API first set of services that will:

 

  • Increase Product Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) by slashing Time to Value for new product development.​
  • Lead with Actionable Recommendations translate Insights from one product to a set of actions in others, creating a seamless and meaningful impact on Client’s journey.​
  • Launch with Adaptive Customer Integration options - focused on being both tight and flexible, making it suitable for Enterprise scaled Retailers.​
  • Enable the transition from current, costly Legacy Monolithic development to a sustainable cheaper platform & product portfolio.​
  • Build Customers Trust - customers trust ​us with their data through our track record ​
    of proven platform Performance & Quality.​
  • Leverage our distributed Platform that embraces API First Service development. The reduced time to market shall make us significantly more competitive.

 

What we expect from you:

  • Demonstrates experience of providing proactive visibility and effectively communicating delivery targets, commitments and progress.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 
  • Experience of facilitating big picture planning sessions with cross functional teams
  • Demonstrable experience of providing proactive visibility and effectively communication of delivery targets, commitments and progress.
  • Demonstrated risk mitigation, issue escalation, and decision-making abilities to ensure programme success and client satisfaction. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of programme management best practices and continuous process improvement. 
  • Understanding of OKR methodology and experience in facilitating OKR planning and review cycles 
  • Strong leadership skills to foster collaboration, drive a customer-centric culture, and uphold organisational values
