We’re looking for a Global Benefits Specialist (Reward Analyst) who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s HR Global Benefits Team It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.

Joining our Global Benefits team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people to support our global renewals, working closely with our brokers, leading benchmarking reviews, taking some tactical and strategic Global Benefit projects to support the team, as well as day to day management of the India cyclical enrolment window. You will have oversight of your own territory and support the team on global work and be responsible for all benefit related invoicing, processes and tracking. Day to day query management is a must.

What we expect from you

  • A track record of working in a benefits environment within multiple countries, ideally global.
  • Ideally, some experience of working with benefit portals, and benefit brokers.
  • Experience with benchmarking.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with stakeholders, both internally and externally and be relatable and approachable.
  • Provide recommendations for benefits practice and governance ensuring that approved standards are communicated, followed and remain effective
  • Confident in your approach and how you manage/prioritise and organise your day to day is essential. Dealing with tricky and sometimes complex queries whilst not letting other work deadlines slip.
  • Has some benefit related project exposure with the ability to track, manage and support strategic initiatives
  • Comfortable and confident with following multi transactional processes. Ensuring documents, forms, compliance is met to deadline, on time, every time
  • Experience of invoice management, tracking and ensuring all our global suppliers are paid on time
