We’re looking for a Research Lead who can deliver innovative market research insight combining both attitudinal research findings and customer purchase data for retailers & manufacturers. The role requires someone comfortable in fast-paced working environments, with excellent project management skills and a passion for impactful communication of insight that makes a difference.

What we expect from you

· 2-3 years of experience in an agency or client-side role on data Interpretation / Insight Analysis/ Research

· Exposure to Analytical techniques and technology

· Knowledge of statistical principles and qualitative research techniques

· Presentation skills and storytelling using data and insights

· Strong communication skills

· Advance MS Excel

· Qualitative research

· Bachelor's degree and qualification in Market Research

 

What you will do:

· Support in the delivery of the Research work-plan to ensure that deliveries are insightful, accurate and timely.

· Support in market research tasks such as project scoping, proposal writing, methodology development, questionnaire writing, data analysis, interpretation of results and final delivery to retailers and manufacturers.

· Support stakeholder/relationship management with manufacturers, retailers & internally

· Use analytical expertise to draw upon dunnhumby’s different data sets to deliver integrated attitudinal and behavioral/purchasing insight.

· Collaborating with supporting teams/3rd parties, to deliver revenue targets for dunnhumby and joined up insight and communications for clients.

· Effective project management of 3rd party agencies, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure projects stick to the agreed timeline

· Financial process management and tracking of revenue vs Research team targets

· Keep abreast of industry standards and developments within the solution area to stay informed and ahead of the competition.

· Support and consult with wider dunnhumby & retailer teams to manage & communicate development of research capabilities and propositions.
