Enterprise Risk Management Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst to join our ERM, Resilience and Compliance team. This person will be responsible for administering our ERM systems, supporting risk owners in maintaining comprehensive risk registers, and providing ongoing ERM support across the business.

This role is critical in ensuring that our risk management processes are effective and align with our organization's objectives and will help to foster a culture of effective Risk Awareness and Management across the organization.

  • 2-3 years of experience in Risk Management, comp
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CRM, ERM, or equivalent) or an equivalent professional certificate in accounting, business analytics or working towards one of these.
  • Understanding of ERM frameworks and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in ERM software and tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote risk awareness and a risk management culture within the organization.
  • Develop and distribute regular reports on risk management activities and trends to stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
  • Collaborate with risk owners to develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date risk registers.
  • Assist in the identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks across various departments.
  • Provide training and guidance to risk owners on best practices for risk management and reporting.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights related to risk management.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, the board and Tesco Group Committees on enterprise risk management.
  • Provide support to the Compliance Lead and Resilience Manager as required in their areas
  • Provide oversight of emerging, impacting ERM issues for the compliance lead and Resilience manager
  • With appropriate guidance and training you will be expected to contribute to and after some time lead specific risk related face to face training with employees in multiple geographies (virtually) and from all seniority levels.
