We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our global talent team! This role will focus on the recruitment of a variety of disciplines, where you will be responsible for hiring top class talent across the EMEA region and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

 

What you’ll be working on

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop and implement resourcing plans for roles at all levels.
  • Work with senior leadership to devise short, medium and long-term recruitment strategies for your business area.
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process for roles including; vacancy planning to meet time to hire targets, defining and managing go to market strategy to ensure adequate quality and quantity of candidates, pre-selection of candidates to generate shortlist, advising on and facilitating selection activities, offer management and keeping in touch with candidates throughout.
  • Manage the end to end candidate experience ensuring a positive experience and impact on our employer brand.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enable vacancy and candidate management and the automatic generation of MI.
  • Identify and work on global continuous improvement projects within recruitment using the latest in technology, big data and candidate attraction platforms.

 

What we expect from you

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in-house or on an RPO
  • High level of organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive recruiting experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights
  • Experience managing senior level stakeholders
