Media Senior Client Lead - New Business

We’re looking for a talented and strategic Media Sales Lead to drive our media sales growth and lead a high-performing sales team. This role is crucial in developing and executing clear strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while fostering a motivated and results-driven team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the media sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and motivation to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
- Define and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue maximization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, media agencies, and key stakeholders to expand our market presence.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to needs analysis, stakeholder mapping, and product demonstration.
- Monitor and control the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct budget management and financial control to optimize profitability and meet financial targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities and enhance our media offering.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of media solutions.
What We Expect From You:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- At leas 5 years experience in media sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills, with 1 to 2 year of experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Expertise in media planning, digital advertising, and working with media agencies.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
- Deep understanding of commercial processes, financial management, and pipeline control.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to solve problems and drive innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data analysis, able to identify insights from customer data highly desirable.
