Overhead Door Company of Nashville™, a DH Pace Company Inc. aspires to hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Nashville, Tennessee to develop relationships with existing customers and aggressively seek and secure new customers through prospecting activities to sell commercial doors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services
- Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Nashville and surrounding areas
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
- Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prefer a minimum three (3) years of outside sales experience calling on business to business – ideally calling on commercial accounts selling retrofit to end-users; however, will consider other applicable experience, especially if “mechanical” type products have been sold
- Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
- Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred
- Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
