Your role
As a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in the development, execution, and improvement of software testing strategies for our Salesforce environment. Your expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Lead-to-Cash processes will ensure that we deliver flawless solutions to meet business needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement detailed testing strategies for Salesforce CPQ and Lead-to-Cash configurations to ensure functional and technical requirements are met.
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using modern testing frameworks.
- Lead the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test reports, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all features.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, collaborating closely with the development team to facilitate timely fixes.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives and other key Agile ceremonies, providing insights and feedback that influence product quality.
- Manage QA environments, coordinating with IT teams to ensure proper setup and availability.
- Mentor junior QA analysts and lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall team performance and knowledge.
- Continuously refine our QA processes and tools to improve efficiency, test coverage, and team capability.
Skills you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years specifically in Salesforce environments.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ and thorough understanding of the Lead-to-Cash process.
- Strong experience with Salesforce testing tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic, agile environment.
- Must have Salesforce Certified Administrator certification. Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist are highly desirable.
