Your Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join Dialpad on a full-time position. You’ll help scale our technical teams by managing and supporting full lifecycle recruiting for (EPD) Engineering, Product, and Design. You’ll also be able to flex into supporting additional non-EPD organizations within the company. As a tech-savvy recruiter accustomed to filling hard-to-fill and niche roles, you will be charged with finding unique candidates using creative sourcing strategies, developing and fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers, and empowering our organization to hire the best talent. You’ll help build talent pipelines and drive a process that delivers exceptional talent that brings an entrepreneurial spirit, work ethic, and a diversity of thought in how they work.

This position reports to our Global Technical Manager and will be based in our Bengaluru, India Office. The position will require a hybrid working arrangement based out of our Bengaluru office.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring a seamless and highly positive candidate experience for our India operations.
  • Talent Advising: Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and teams, positioning yourself as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Develop creative strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline, leveraging unique sourcing techniques and engaging in various recruitment channels to support balanced and inclusive hiring.
  • Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience: Champion exceptional experiences by fostering meaningful, high-touch, and engaging interactions throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Talent Acquisition Execution: Source, screen, coordinate, and assess candidates, managing the process from initial engagement to offer negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with Management, Local site Leadership, and global Talent Acquisition teams to attract talent that supports, region-specific strategic business objectives and also along global lines of business.
  • Enhance Candidate Engagement: Ensure consistent and proactive communication with candidates to accelerate engagement and elevate the overall hiring experience.
  • Drive Results with Creativity: Implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies that deliver exceptional results in talent acquisition.
  • Recruitment Metrics Tracking and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics to ensure transparency, drive data-informed decisions and continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Professional Networking - Talent Magnet & Marketing Content Propagation: Leverage LinkedIn / Glassdoor to enhance employer branding and build a talent pipeline, while promoting engaging and informative recruitment marketing content to attract top talent.

Skills You’ll Bring 

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: +8 years of proven experience as a technical recruiter, ideally within the technology industry.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of technical roles and requirements, including software engineering, product management, and data science.
  • Professional Networking: Hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting through professional networks such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
  • Sourcing Proficiency: Strong sourcing skills and expertise in leveraging recruiting tools and platforms effectively.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Capable of working independently and thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) is advantageous.
