Your role
As an AI Transformation Analyst (P3), you will serve as a strategic partner to Dialpad's business units, identifying and leveraging AI tools, processes, and agents to significantly improve employee productivity, reduce operational costs, and drive net new ARR. You will be responsible for the end-to-end success of these initiatives, from initial discovery and solution architecture to measuring long-term business impact.

In this role, you will design and architect high-impact solutions, collaborating closely with AI Transformation Engineers for technical deployment while maintaining a relentless focus on tracking adoption metrics and quantifying productivity gains.

This role is based in Argentina and reports to the Senior Manager, AI Transformation. The candidate should maintain overlap with North American and global teams to support cross-functional collaboration and project delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Lead cross-functional alignment to identify and deliver ROI-driven AI initiatives focused on process automation, cost reduction, and revenue expansion.
  • Design and architect AI solutions (tools, processes, agents) that enhance employee productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with AI Transformation Engineers to build, deploy, and train users on new AI solutions.
  • Track adoption rates, measure productivity gains, and quantify net new ARR impact.
  • Serve as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.

Skills You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a technical strategy role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong AI literacy with a deep understanding of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, and AI-driven automation workflows.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business goals into clear technical requirements and actionable solution designs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with departments like Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, HR, Legal, and Finance.
  • Analytical mindset with experience building frameworks to measure business impact, productivity gains, and ROI.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and experience collaborating with engineering teams for product delivery.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives.
