Being a Dialer
At Dialpad, AI isn’t just a feature; it’s how our teams do their best work every day. We put powerful AI tools in every employee’s hands so they can move faster, think bigger, and achieve more.

We believe every conversation matters. And we’ve built the platform that turns those conversations into insight and action, for our customers and ourselves.

We look for people who are intensely curious and hold themselves to a high bar. Our ambition is significant, and achieving it requires a team that operates at the highest level. We seek individuals who embody our core traits: Scrappy, Curious, Optimistic, Persistent, and Empathetic.

Your role
Dialpad is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Platform & Agentic Integrations. This role sits at the intersection of our Developer Platform, agentic ecosystem, and third-party integrations, owning the primitives, APIs, connectors, and platform capabilities that let Dialpad AI Agents connect to external systems and take action. The role includes ownership over Dialpad's APIs, webhooks, events, MCP, custom connectors/actions, and platform integrations such as Microsoft Teams.

You will define how customers, partners, and internal teams extend Dialpad through a scalable integration platform. That includes making it easy to connect third-party systems, expose Dialpad capabilities programmatically, and support the company’s top priority: Agentic AI.

What you’ll do

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for Platform & Agentic Integrations, including public APIs, webhooks/events, MCP capabilities, custom connectors/actions, and connector management experiences.
  • Define the platform primitives that let third-party developers and customers hook into Dialpad events, observe agent outcomes, and create or manage AI Agents programmatically.
  • Drive the evolution of Dialpad MCP and related ecosystem capabilities, including support for public APIs in the public MCP server, internal MCP use cases, and bring your own MCP workflows.
  • Lead product development for custom connectors and actions, enabling admins and conversation designers to configure their own APIs directly in Dialpad for use by AI Agents.
  • Build the platform and management experiences needed to scale agentic integrations, including connector discovery, connection management, testing/observability, and self-service tooling.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, QA, support, solutions, and GTM teams to ship reliable, secure, scalable platform capabilities and integrations.
  • Work across classic and agentic integration surfaces to ensure platform changes support both current product needs and future AI-native workflows.
  • Help define how Dialpad scales integrations through a combination of in-house development, IPaaS/Membrane, customer-built integrations, and low-touch partner models.
  • Set vision, strategy, and priorities for Platform & Agentic Integrations.
  • Write crisp product requirements and drive execution from discovery through launch.
  • Partner with engineering on platform architecture and tradeoffs across MCP, APIs, event systems, and integration infrastructure.
  • Prioritize roadmap investments across platform improvements, ecosystem scale, and high-impact integration opportunities.
  • Define customer and admin experiences for connector setup, configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with internal agentic teams to ensure the integrations platform supports the company’s highest-priority AI use cases.
  • Use customer feedback, field input, platform usage, and business context to make prioritization decisions.
  • Coordinate launches with GTM, PMM, support, and enablement teams.
  • Drive platform quality through clear definitions of reliability, observability, security, and supportability.

Skills you'll bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform, developer products, APIs, integrations, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of developer-facing concepts such as APIs, webhooks, authentication, and integration architecture.
  • Experience building or scaling platform products that enable internal teams, partners, or customers to extend core product capabilities.
  • Ability to operate across both strategic and deeply technical problem spaces.
  • Strong product judgment around platform usability, scalability, and tradeoffs.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, GTM, support, and external partners.
  • Comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities shift quickly and company-level priorities must be translated into product decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Form CC-305

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
