  • Build scalable co-marketing frameworks and best practices that strengthen partner activation, improve efficiency, and extend to additional ISV and Strategic Alliance partners as the business evolves.
  • Develop integrated, account-based go-to-market campaigns with strategic partners and Dialpad Channel Sales, aligning on target accounts, strategy, messaging, roles, and execution across content, webinars, email, social, landing pages, customer proof, and other channels.
  • Create scalable campaign assets and partner enablement resources, including joint value propositions, discovery guides, objection-handling content, and other seller-facing materials, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead high-touch executive and customer programs, including executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, and regional experiences, from audience strategy through execution, and marketing ROI reporting.
  • Develop customer advocacy programs featuring joint customer stories, strategic partner wins, and executive testimonials that strengthen credibility and support joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Manage partner marketing budgets and quarterly investment plans, including MDF strategy, allocation, and optimization, to maximize ROI and business impact.
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, partner engagement, campaign performance, and overall program impact.
  • Oversee partner-facing content and campaign development to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with Dialpad's brand, product positioning, and joint partner messaging.
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner marketing processes, tools, systems, and workflows, while sharing insights and best practices to strengthen scalability, efficiency, and partner-led growth.

  • Experience in marketing with T-Mobile, telecommunications carriers, resellers, or comparable strategic partners is strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience developing partner pipeline growth strategies and executing integrated demand generation programs across channels, including partner seller activation, compliant seller incentives, executive and customer events, webinars, sponsorships, digital campaigns, and other tactics that engage partner sellers, account teams, and channel organizations.
  • Experience developing, managing, and optimizing MDF or partner marketing investments to maximize business impact and return on investment.
  • Ability to translate technical, cloud, AI, marketplace, and platform capabilities into clear customer and seller value propositions, including identifying relevant use cases, personas, industries, and joint solution opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience defining KPIs, measuring partner program performance, interpreting results, and using data to optimize programs.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
