Role Description
Our FP&A associate will report to CFO and work with our Finance, Accounting, and Business Development teams to give us insight into where our business is today and where it will be going in the future. He/she will own the management of our fundamental financial models for forecasting future growth and adjusting models over time.
As part of this, he/she will:
- Own our individual site and corporate-wide long-term financial models updating them regularly to incorporate actuals and account for changes in our forecast or other updates to our business model
- Managing budgeting and capital planning process
- Conduct a range of deep-dive analyses as it relates to forecasting model
- Ability to perform complex scenario and adhoc analysis
- Preparing reporting packages and materials for presentation to our internal leadership team and board
Qualifications & Attributes
- 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, consulting, banking or transaction services.
- Excellent excel skills (and a deep love of building and working with complex excel models)
- A hypothesis driven problem solver with strong time-management skills and have the ability to handle several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with big-picture orientation
- Capable of interpreting findings, and communicating valuable, useful insights
- Comfort working in a high-growth, fast based business environment
- Prior start-up experience is a plus
- You are unfazed by the challenges of developing systems and processes from scratch
