Role Description

Diana Health is seeking a highly-motivated, adaptable, results oriented individual to take on the role of Program Manager, Practice Expansion & Implementation. 

This role will oversee the implementation of our new practices; driving alignment across internal functions and external hospital partners for on time delivery and opening of new clinics. Successful implementation is contingent on effective communication and leadership across multidisciplinary workstreams; including but not limited to real estate and construction, recruitment, marketing, procurement, compliance and training. 

What you’ll do:

Single point of contact for new practice implementation

    • Own the roadmap and communication at Diana Health leading up to a clinic opening
    • Lead internal meetings and communications across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure milestones are being met 
    • Set and coordinate meeting and planning cadence across Diana Health and the Hospital executive teams to ensure alignment
    • Support key processes where necessary to maintain timelines and ensure highest priority issues are addressed and resolved
    • Support key workstreams such as compliance and procurement 
    • Collaborate with regional leadership on change management processes, including mapping clinical workflows and training new team members
    • Contribute to new expansion standards and process improvements 

Support established practice expansion and improvement

    • Contribute to the iteration and improvement of operating practices, including facilities improvements, in-market expansion and process improvements 
    • Collaborate with on-site team to support feedback and propose improvements to aid in further expansion and streamline practice operations (ie procurement, inventory management and design)
    • Work with regional directors and practice managers on internal communications and change management programs as necessary

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Flexible and adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing startup environment
  • Flexibility / ability to travel up to 60% of the time

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Business or Healthcare related field a plus 
  • 2+ years experience, ideally in consulting; business development or another similar field
