  • Surface risks, dependencies, and decisions needed so leaders can act quickly

Clinical quality partnership

  • Work with clinical quality leaders (VP of Clinical Operations, Regional Clinical Director, Chief Medical Officer and Chief Clinical Officer) to organize priorities across quality improvement projects, TIPQC participation, and quarterly clinical governance reviews
  • Prepare agendas, capture decisions, and track action items through completion

Training and onboarding coordination

  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for provider and staff trainings, learning management system rollouts, and simulation drills with hospital partners
  • Track completion data so training outputs are ready for grant reporting

Measurement and reporting

  • Partner with Analytics to keep metric definitions, data collection, and quarterly reporting consistent with our logic model

You Are

  • A detail-oriented organizer who stays calm while juggling many moving pieces
  • A clear, warm communicator who builds trust with clinicians, operators, and funders
  • Someone who follows through, documents decisions, and closes loops
  • Energized by improving process and learning new tools
  • Motivated by better outcomes for mothers and babies
