Experience: Requires skills and experience to involve: In-depth knowledge of autonomous vehicle industry; Demonstrated experience building connections within the technology industry and communicating with technology managers and applicants throughout the recruitment process; In-depth knowledge of and experience applying domestic employment laws and practices in a human resources setting; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel; Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now; and Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Must be fluent in Mandarin.
Job duties: The Recruiting Manager position will Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs. Build, manage and develop a team of high-performers in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements. Partner with business leaders up to the executive level to set and drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics. Leverage data analytics to drive operational improvements and amplify operational excellence to support team's growth. Develop knowledge and skills to be able to reinforce the company culture with leaders and employees and to assess cultural attributes in candidates. Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications. Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate. Monitor and ensure 100% compliance of hiring process activities. Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Work on a variety of recruitment & people related projects including; streamlining of the recruitment process, onboarding, interviewer training, creation of interview feedback forms, and more. Be educated and knowledgeable in recruiting trends of the future workplace to ensure we are keeping pace with technology and evolving our tools and processes. Heavy focus on ensuring that the US recruitment team is providing a fantastic experience to all candidates who engage with us.
