About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our growing B2B software company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding our network of channel partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our iPaaS solution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy aligned with our company's overall business objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and value-added partners.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and resources to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell our software solutions.
- Set and monitor performance targets for channel partners, conducting regular business reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and direct sales, to ensure seamless execution of channel sales programs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and manage channel sales forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales management, preferably in the B2B software industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the B2B software sales cycle and channel sales dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
