About the role:

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who isn’t just great at finding people, but exceptional at understanding how they think. Your mission is to evaluate talent with depth, focusing on critical thinking, ownership, decision making, and real outcomes. You’ll help hiring managers read between the lines, turning interviews into insight and insight into great hiring decisions.

 

 On a typical day, you will…

  • Run structured interviews using the STAR method to uncover genuine behaviors, outcomes, and thought processes.
  • Assess candidates’ critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and results orientation.
  • Partner closely with senior hiring managers, using data and evidence to guide hiring decisions.
  • Translate complex profiles into clear signals: strengths, areas to watch, and potential.
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience while keeping rigor, and share best practices with team members.
  • Help raise the bar of our hiring processes across the company.

 

What You'll Need To Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Experience running interviews and assessing candidates, ideally using STAR method. 
  • Strong communication skills to translate your assessments into clear insights for hiring managers.
  • Comfort working in a fast paced environment where priorities change constantly.
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to growing your craft within the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Advanced or Fluent English communication skills.
