About Digibee

Digibee is on a mission to simplify the complex world of enterprise integration. With the global integration market valued at over $250 billion, organizations constantly seek more agile and efficient ways to connect their business ecosystems. Our cloud-native Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) provides a powerful, simple, and agile solution, freeing up valuable time and resources for innovation and digital transformation.

Following a successful $60 million Series B fundraise in June 2023, we are investing heavily in strategic growth initiatives to expand our global footprint.

About the role

We’re looking for a Field Marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. This person will be instrumental in bringing campaigns to life in the US market, driving pipeline generation, and continuously improving lead quality through close partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Teams.

You’ll own initiatives end-to-end with a hands-on approach, from content creation campaign setup to execution, performance analysis, and optimization.

On a typical day, you will…

  • Develop content for digital campaigns, refining global materials to ensure strong relevance and impact in the US market.
  • Build, launch, and manage marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Partner closely with Sales to understand lead quality, conversion, and pipeline impact.
  • Translate feedback into actionable improvements in targeting, messaging, and channels.
  • Support the planning and execution of US events — either directly or in coordination with external agencies.
  • Track results, report on performance, and recommend optimizations focused on revenue outcomes (not just volume).
  • Take full ownership of projects, ensuring delivery from idea to execution to and delivery.

What You'll Need to Bring…

  • 3+ Years of experience executing digital Demand Generation and Field Marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.
  • Strong hands on approach: you are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.
  • A pipeline mindset: you care deeply about conversion and sales impact, not only MQL numbers.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially with Sales and CSM teams.
  • Comfortably managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Ownership mentality: you pick things up and drive them through to measurable outcomes.
  • Energy, resilience, and determination to solve problems and push initiatives forward.

Our culture

We believe in a highly collaborative work environment in order to foster constant development and exchange between teams. We encourage learning, sharing knowledge, and using new technologies to create disruptive ideas - we want to create something great together!

At Digibee, we know it's our people who make the difference. We embrace and value diversity and are dedicated to encouraging a supportive and respectful culture in our community.

We are interested in every qualified candidate eligible to work remotely in the country of this job posting. However, we are not able to sponsor visas for this position.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
