The Role:

Digible is hiring a Director of Product to help build the next generation of multifamily marketing technology. Our goal: help apartment marketers hit their goals, save time, and feel confident in their marketing ROI. Our vision: a multifamily marketing system that unites AI, data, and human judgment to understand performance, shape strategy, and automate execution.

To bring this vision to life, you will partner with the SVP of Product to turn strategy into focused execution. You will lead the product organization through the work of planning, building, and aligning teams, while shaping the systems and culture that make that work effective. Your leadership will free the SVP to stay centered on long-term vision and AI innovation while the product org moves with speed and conviction.

    • Operator Focus: you excel at translating direction into focused plans, team rhythms, and consistent delivery.

    Organizations with…

    • Small Teams: working with small teams that trade scale for agility & autonomy

    • Early Foundations: crafting the systems, rituals, and mindsets of a new product org

    Cultures with…

    • 4-day Workweek: We work Mon-Thu, so every weekend is a long weekend

    • Modeled Balance: We know work is a part of life - boundaries are modeled by leadership

    Businesses with…

    • Fast Growth: This isn’t a turnaround; we’ve seen +365% growth over the last 3 years

    • Bootstrapped Profitability: We control our own destiny, with no investor or burn pressure

What you’ll do:

🧭 Set Direction & Drive Execution

  • Partner with the SVP to translate high-level product vision into clear product strategies and roadmaps across pods.
  • Build and evolve the systems we use for planning, discovery, and delivery, so teams make better decisions and ship value faster to customers.

📈 Run and Scale the Product Organization

  • Lead 5 product pods to bring our strategy to life.
  • Scale the PM and Design teams from early-stage to maturity - from 1 PM and 1 Designer today to a team of 3 PMs and 2 Designers over time.

🤝 Lead Alignment Across Digible

  • Align the wide array of cross-functional stakeholders (client services, agency teams, marketing, and operations) needed to make our vision a reality.
  • Establish the rituals and communication systems that keep progress visible and aligned across leadership & the broader organization.

🌱 Grow People, Culture & AI-Native Practice

  • Coach and develop PMs and Designers, building a culture of curious and autonomous owners.
  • Embed an AI-native mindset into both how we work and what we build, always asking what is newly possible in the world of AI.

How success will be measured:

Business Metrics

  • Agency Revenue: Increase revenue from existing clients by delivering high-impact, differentiated product capabilities that expand scope and spend.

  • Agency Revenue: Win new agency clients by sharpening our product-led differentiation and improving our competitive win rate.

  • Built on Lean Teams: Operated in environments without heavy support infrastructure (research, analytics, ops), creating your own systems for insight, prioritization, and delivery.

  • Led Large Programs: Owned complex, multi-team programs that spanned tech, marketing, sales, and customer support - ensuring alignment from strategy through launch & adoption.

  • Translated Vision into Impact: Turned an executive or founder’s strategic vision into roadmaps, priorities, and operating models that produced meaningful business outcomes.

Preferred

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
