You’ll love this job if you:

  • Enjoy building reliable, scalable data systems that teams can trust and build on
  • Like moving quickly to ship value, balancing speed with long-term platform health
  • Prefer enabling upstream teams through strong platforms and clear interfaces rather than becoming a centralized bottleneck
  • Are energized by improving and evolving existing infrastructure and aligning teams to deliver meaningful outcomes quickly

What you’ll do:

Data Strategy

  • Partner with executive leadership to define and communicate a clear data vision aligned with Digible’s business and product strategy, focusing on the data platform and enabling high-quality data consumption across the organization
  • Bring a strong point of view on how data enables digital marketing outcomes (preferred experience) and multifamily housing use cases (nice to have)
  • Anticipate future data needs and guide platform evolution accordingly
  • Educate stakeholders on what is possible with data in the multifamily housing domain, including Digible’s existing data platform and roadmap
  • Ensure strategy is grounded in practical execution and organizational constraints

Execution, Delivery & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Own execution and delivery accountability for Data Platform and Data Science, setting priorities, sequencing work, and delivering outcomes
  • Translate business and product goals into clear roadmaps, milestones, and staffing plans
  • Drive scope clarity and decision-making when requirements are ambiguous or evolving
  • Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs with context and clarity
  • Hold responsibility for Data Platform and Data Science delivery, quality, and impact

Technical Leadership & Architecture

  • Own the design and evolution of Digible’s data platform, including ingestion, transformation, orchestration, storage, and observability
  • Ensure the platform reliably supports Product Engineering teams (including Reporting) and business analytics consumers
  • Reason independently about system architecture, tradeoffs, and failure modes
  • Lead through production incidents with deep system understanding and sound technical judgment
  • Establish strong practices for data quality, governance, and system reliability

AI-Forward Leadership

  • Maintain a working understanding of modern AI tools and techniques relevant to data platforms
  • Identify and apply practical, high-leverage opportunities to apply AI across data engineering and data science
  • Guide responsible adoption of AI with attention to reliability, cost, and maintainability

People Leadership

  • Operate as a leader who balances hands-on technical execution with coaching, prioritization, and strategic influence
  • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of data engineers and data scientists
  • Own team structure, role clarity, and long-term capability planning to ensure the data organization scales with Digible’s growth
  • Set clear expectations and provide direct, actionable feedback
  • Build a culture of ownership, focus, and accountability
  • Balance empowerment with delivery standards
  • Support career growth while maintaining execution quality

How success will be measured:

  • Execution & Delivery The team has clear priorities, delivers against commitments, and balances product needs with long-term platform health
  • Operational Excellence Internal SLAs are clearly defined and consistently met; platform reliability, observability, incident response, and performance metrics are transparent and within targets
  • Vision & Strategic Alignment A clear, achievable data vision and strategy is articulated, informs and influences the product roadmap, and keeps the data roadmap meaningfully ahead to enable faster product execution
  • Collaboration & Influence Product Engineering teams are empowered (not blocked), adjust plans based on Data input, and Data Science is embedded and operating with modern, scalable practices
  • Industry & Domain Impact Acts as a trusted partner on multifamily and digital marketing data, using industry knowledge to shape product direction and business decisions

What you should have:

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
