Senior Product Manager
Digible is a privately owned and operated digital marketing company founded in 2017 with a mission to bring cutting-edge solutions to the multifamily industry. We offer a full suite of digital services, alongside Fiona, our predictive analytics platform—the first of its kind.
At Digible, we take pride in our collaborative, transparent, and authentic culture. Since 2021, we've been recognized as a Top Workplace in Colorado and secured the #8 spot in the Best Places to Work Multifamily rankings. From our hiring process to our All Hands meetings and Town Halls, our values are at the core of everything we do.
We believe diversity fuels innovation, and we strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work. If you're ready to do the best work of your career, we'd love to have you on the team!
Core Values
- Authenticity — The commitment to be steadfast and genuine with our actions and communication toward everyone we touch.
- Curiosity — The belief that a deep and fundamental curiosity (the "why") in our work is vital to company innovation and evolution.
- Focus — The collective will to remain completely devoted and ultimately accountable to our deliverables.
- Humility — The recognition and daily practice that "we" is always greater than "I".
- Happiness — The decision to prioritize passion and love for what we do above everything else.
The Role
Digible is hiring a Senior Product Manager to found a brand-new pod at the center of our 2026 strategy: productizing Digible's agency operations and customer data, and serving as the connective tissue that turns a collection of services and tools into one coherent experience for our agency team and ultimately our customers.
You'll define the pod's charter and roadmap from scratch, partnering deeply with our agency operations leaders (your day-one allies and internal customers) to decide what gets solved by people, product, or automation. You'll ship experiences that make Digible dramatically more efficient internally and noticeably better to buy from and work with externally.
This is also our most technical PM seat: you'll work on integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, and workflow productization — and you should be excited by exactly that kind of work. As a senior member of the team, you'll help lead AI transformation across product, design, and engineering. This is a role for someone who loves hands-on IC work. For the right person, it can also open a path into product management leadership as our org scales. You'll report to the VP of Product.
We're a small product org inside a profitable, bootstrapped company — nine years successful before the recent AI wave, and now in the middle of an AI transformation, reinventing how an established company operates and thrives in the AI era. Profitability and bootstrapping mean you'll work on real customer and business problems, not a search for product/market fit, with a direct line to an accessible leadership team. You'll use AI throughout your workflow to move faster and more effectively than a team our size normally could.
You'll Love This Job If You Love:
Products with…
- 🧵 Connective Tissue: unifying fragmented tools and services into one coherent customer experience
- 🏢 Internal Customers: internal agency teams as primary users today — evolving toward serving customers directly over time
- ✨ AI: deciding what gets solved by people, product, or automation — and using AI to shift that line
Roles with…
- 🌱 0→1 Building: founding a brand-new pod with a blank roadmap and a clear mandate
- 🧭 A Leadership Path: loving senior IC work for the long haul, with potential to grow into player/coach leadership as the org scales
Organizations with…
- 🚀 Small Teams: working with small teams that trade scale for agility & autonomy
- 🏗️ Early Foundations: crafting the systems, rituals, and mindsets of a relatively new product org
Cultures with…
- 📅 4-day Workweek: we work Mon–Thu, so every weekend is a long weekend
- ⚖️ Modeled Balance: we know work is a part of life — boundaries are modeled by leadership
Businesses with…
- 📈 Fast Growth: this isn't a turnaround — 371% three-year growth per the 2025 Inc. 5000 (No. 1,165)
- 🥾 Bootstrapped Profitability: we control our own destiny, with no investor or burn pressure
What You'll Do:
- 💡 Customer Insight: understand our customers, agency operations, and business deeply enough to see the unifying product beneath them — and keep making time for customer conversations even when the roadmap is loud
- 🧭 Pod Strategy & Roadmap: build your pod's strategy from the VP-level product vision and strategy (and influence both), then own the roadmap and execution for a brand-new pod from scratch
- 🛠️ 0→1 Execution: lead discovery and delivery of foundational platform experiences — integrations, customer data architecture, and workflow productization
- 🤝 Ops Partnership: treat agency ops leaders as customers and partners, not requesters — decide together what gets solved by people, product, or automation
- 🏁 End-to-End Delivery: ship the full experience, including internal enablement and change management
- 📏 Measure Impact: instrument a brand-new domain so success is measurable from day one — inventing creative or technical ways to get data that doesn't exist yet
- 🌱 Emerging Leadership: mentor PMs and agency team members, shape team rituals, and grow deliberately toward player/coach people leadership over time
- 🧠 Product Taste: make the right calls consistently in our most ambiguous domain — problem-first, creative yet analytical, with a high bar for what deserves to ship
- 📡 Industry Trends: stay ahead of AI and product trends — and educate the team and stakeholders on what matters
How Success Will Be Measured:
Business Metrics
- $ Operational Efficiency: measurably reduce manual effort by productizing services and automating workflows
- $ Revenue Retention & Expansion: customer experiences that make clients stay and grow
Product Metrics
- Time-to-Value: customers reach value faster on what you ship
- Adoption: internal teams and customers actually run on what you ship
- CSAT: internal and external customers trust and prefer what you ship
What You Should Have:
Must Have
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of AI product experience
- Technical depth to work on integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, and workflow productization — and genuine excitement for that type of work
- Proven 0→1 ownership: took an ambiguous, mission-critical product area from nothing to shipped and adopted — with the product taste to know what deserved to exist
- Cross-functional leadership without authority — you treat stakeholders as customers and partners, and have aligned ops, eng, and business teams around one strategy
- Genuine desire to grow into product management leadership — this seat is our future people-leader bench
Preferred
- Small start-up (<150 people) experience
- Experience productizing internal operations or building workflow/integration products
- Tech-enabled services or hybrid product-service business experience
Bonus

- Real estate domain knowledge (ex: rentals, multifamily, single family, etc.)
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Pay, Perks and More!
- $150,000 - $180,000 annually
- 4-Day Work Week (32 Hour Work Week)
- WFA (Work From Anywhere)
- Profit Sharing Bonus
- We offer 3 weeks of PTO as well as Sick leave, and Bereavement.
- We offer 11 paid holidays!
- 401(k) + Match
- 75% Employer Paid Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision)
- Mental and Physical Wellness Reimbursement Benefit
- $1000/year travel fund for employees who have been with Digible 3+ years
- Financial wellness coaching for all team members!

HEADS UP! We believe in transparency throughout our hiring process. To help us ensure a great fit, we'll ask you to share a few professional references during the hiring process who can speak to your experience and skills. It’s all part of our commitment to open, honest communication and our core values: Focus, Authenticity, Humility, Curiosity, and Happiness.
