Overview
We are seeking a motivated Summer Marketing Intern to support our marketing team with a strong focus on trade show and event coordination. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in marketing operations, events, and B2B marketing. The intern will assist with execution, logistics, and organization while gaining hands-on experience supporting real-world marketing initiatives.
This position is execution-focused and process-driven, offering exposure to how marketing supports sales, partnerships, and large-scale events.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Show & Event Coordination
- Assist with trade show planning and preparation, including timelines, checklists, and deadlines
- Help manage exhibitor portals and submit required materials (logos, descriptions, certificates)
- Track booth logistics such as shipping, deliveries, and return shipments
- Support coordination of booth assets, signage, collateral, and giveaways
- Maintain and update trade show inventory lists
Asset & Inventory Management
- Track marketing materials and event assets before and after shows
- Prepare event-specific packing lists and kits
- Flag inventory shortages or replacement needs ahead of events
Lead & Post-Event Support
- Assist with organizing and cleaning lead data from trade shows
- Prepare lead lists for follow-up and CRM upload
- Help track post-event outreach and follow-up status
Marketing Operations Support
- Support updates to event landing pages and promotional materials
- Assist with trade show recap documentation and reporting
- Help maintain internal trackers and documentation for future events

Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic project management tools
- Reliable, proactive, and able to follow structured processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- Interest in event marketing or B2B marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Monday.com
- Experience with social media or basic marketing support roles
