An entrepreneurial Product Lead, playing a pivotal role in shaping the card-present product vision, strategy, and execution to generate impact in its customer segment. This role will lead their supporting multifunctional squads, emphasizing innovation, customer-centric solutions, and market leadership to achieve Product Market Fit, serve our B2C Ecosystem and build network effects for long term defensibility.
Responsabilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams, championing a culture of high performance and innovation.
- Shape card-present product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the B2B segment, supporting the company's broader objectives.
- Ensure optimal execution of card-present product vision, strategy and roadmap, fostering collaboration and outcome ownership.
- Track key performance indicators to measure product segment success and align efforts with business outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective communication of product vision, strategy, and progress.
- Have a user-centric approach, where an obsession with user needs and pain points leads to product success, while having an acute understanding of the needs and urgency of internal stakeholders.
Profile:
- At least 8-10 years of experience in product management or related fields. Experience in payments or fintech B2B is highly desirable.
- Proven experience of successfully driving product lifecycle, with a strong collaboration history with Business, Engineering, UX, and Data teams.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive results, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Thrives working with technology teams and understanding technical challenges. Experience with product management tools and analytics platforms.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile and Lean Product Development methodologies. Experience iterating constantly, launching in small MVPs that generate a big impact
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of utilizing market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to guide product development.
- A strong focus on understanding customer needs, preferences, and pain points is essential for developing products that resonate with target audiences and drive user satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving product decisions through a robust process of hypothesis-driven experimentation and data analysis. You excel at designing, conducting, and learning from experiments to iteratively improve product offerings and achieve strategic objectives
- Track record of delivering measurable results, such as revenue growth, market share expansion, and product adoption and engagement metrics.
- Willingness to continuously learn, adapt, and innovate is essential for staying ahead of the curve and driving long-term success.
- Possession of a graduate or postgraduate degree in business is a plus.
- Proficiency in English as a second language is often required.
