🔧 We're Hiring: Application Support Engineer! 🚀

Are you passionate about ensuring seamless application performance and resolving technical issues? Join our Platform Engineering team as an Application Support Engineer and play a key role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of our fintech applications!

🎯 What You’ll Do:

✅ Resolve application issues (N1, N2) and ensure smooth operations.
✅ Identify and address recurring problems to prevent future incidents.
✅ Maintain a comprehensive troubleshooting knowledge base.
✅ Adhere to SLAs and continuously improve support services.
✅ Monitor system health and proactively prevent disruptions.
✅ Provide technical support and training to end-users.
✅ Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents.
✅ Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution and updates.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

🔹 1-2 years of experience in application support or related fields.
🔹 Basic knowledge of Java and Spring framework.
🔹 Familiarity with fintech applications (banking cores, digital wallets, etc.).
🔹 Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
🔹 Support AWS cloud applications and basic AWS console knowledge.
🔹 Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases. 
🔹 English proficiency (Intermediate-Advanced).
