As a Senior NetSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the security of our multi-product B2C and B2B platform. You'll collaborate with technical teams to integrate security best practices throughout the development and operations lifecycle, adopting DevSecOps and agile methodologies.

🎯 What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead the design and implementation of advanced network security solutions.
✅ Monitor and manage security threats and vulnerabilities.
✅ Develop and enforce security policies and access controls.
✅ Implement high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
✅ Work with security service providers and tech partners.
✅ Resolve critical security incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
✅ Participate in security audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 5+ years of experience in information security, network administration, and IT operations.
🔹 Expertise in firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, and encryption technologies.
🔹 Hands-on experience with SIEM, SOC, and penetration testing.
🔹 Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and OWASP.
🔹 Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security automation tools.
🔹 Security certifications like CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
🔹 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
