
IC4 - Sr Business Analyst

Objective of the Role
Leverages strong analytical skills, a solid foundation of business analysis and knowledge, and extensive experience to drive data-driven decision-making and contribute to the successful delivery of complex business initiatives. This role is responsible for leading more advanced business analysis efforts, including comprehensive data analysis, process optimization, and the design of sophisticated solutions that align with organizational goals. Also plays a key role in mentoring junior analysts, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the gathering, documentation, and analysis of complex business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify and propose process improvements by analyzing existing business processes and systems, implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement solutions that address both current and future business needs.
- Manage and coordinate business analysis activities within larger projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones.
- Perform quality tasks, including validating requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, and ensuring that solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Serve as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support in developing their analytical skills and understanding of business processes.
- Actively engage with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, build consensus, and drive the adoption of new solutions and processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Promote an autonomous work culture by encouraging self-management, accountability, and proactive problem-solving among team members.
- Serve as a Spin Culture Ambassador to foster and maintain a positive, inclusive, and dynamic work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business analysis concepts, methodologies, and techniques, with experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation.
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis techniques, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies and tools, such as Lean Six Sigma or Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
- Solid experience in solution design and modeling, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.
- Knowledge of project management principles and tools, with experience managing business analysis activities within larger projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a focus on enhancing analytical skills and business knowledge.
