Objective of the Role 

Support frontend development by collaborating on the design, development, and optimization of web applications. Learn and apply best practices in frontend development while contributing to the success of projects. Work closely with senior team members to gain experience and grow professionally in a dynamic and high-performance environment. 

Main Responsibilities 

• Assist in designing and developing high-performance web applications. 

• Implement user interfaces based on designs provided by the UX/UI team. 

• Collaborate with the product team to understand and translate functional requirements into technical solutions. 

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve coding skills. 

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers. 

• Collaborate with Architecture, Data Management and DevOps teams through agile sprints to promote continuous development releases. 

• Conduct testing and debugging of web applications to ensure functionality and performance. 

• Document code and development processes. 

• Stay updated on the latest trends in web application development and related areas. 

• Follow best practices for version control and code management using Git. 

• Participate in agile sprints and contribute to team meetings. 

• Learn and apply secure development practices. 

• Contribute to the development of reusable components and libraries. 

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. 

• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic. 

• Promote an autonomous work culture by encouraging self-management, accountability, and proactive problem-solving among team members. 

• Serve as a Spin Culture Ambassador to foster and maintain a positive, inclusive, and dynamic work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture. 

Required Knowledge and Experience 

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in web development. 

• Experience in React and/or Next.js. 

• Knowledge and experience in JavaScript and TypeScript. 

• Understanding of design patterns, architecture, and SOLID principles. 

• Skills in TDD, ATDD, BDD. 

• Skills in consuming REST services, RESTful API. 

• Use of Git and conflict resolution, as well as CI/CD tools. 

• Experience in secure development (OWASP Dependency-Check). 

• Advanced knowledge of HTML5. 

• Ability to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment and project priorities. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

• Critical thinking. 

• Negotiation and conflict management. 

• Willingness to acquire knowledge in new technologies within Spin's tech stack.
